I am a 98 year old lady. I suffered a fractured hip last September 2018 and as a consequence my balance had gone as well as my confidence, despite my hip making a complete recovery the hospital recommended balance classes to help gain both my balance and confidence, but to particularly attend classes run by Julie Walters who has an excellent reputation in this field. After attending 14 classes, I have regained (approximately) 75% of my balance and my confidence has improved so much that I am able to walk short distances without the aid of a walking stick.
